Geographies
Successful long-term investment and strategy decisions, especially in emerging markets and developing economies, require a careful and nuanced understanding of the particular social, political and cultural dynamics of the marketplace, and an ability to adapt to fast-changing, often unpredictable realities.
We are driven by the belief that insightful use of capital and expertise can generate both investor returns and self-sustaining, long-lasting value to business, communities and economies.
Noble Capital currently operates in four geographical regions – Africa; the Americas; Asia; and Europe and the Middle East.
Based on demographic and economic trends, we believe Africa will be the most dynamic and fast-growing economic bloc in the world over the next thirty years.
Noble has been operating in Africa since its inception in 2016, and prides itself on having built a powerful, international best practice African corporate advisory business from the ground up. This has given us deep, first-hand exposure to Africa’s investment landscape.
Sub-Saharan Africa in particular comprises 46 diverse economies, that in many respects represent the last, largely untapped frontier of emerging market investing. Vast mineral wealth and powerful demographic and consumer trends provide tremendous investment opportunities, and Noble works with a broad base of investors who share this vision.
Noble has expanded its footprint into the Americas over the past few years, advising on projects in the power and infrastructure space in several Latin American jurisdictions. We are now actively looking for sponsors and issuers seeking hard currency funding solutions.
The world’s most populous continent, and the powerhouse of global growth over the last 50 years, Asia contains economies at every stage of the development cycle. The Noble team has worked in developed and emerging jurisdictions across Asia, with particularly strong relationships in SE Asia, China, Japan, and the Indian subcontinent.
Noble Capital’s focus is on Eastern Europe and the developing economies in the Middle East. Eastern Europe shares many of the same characteristics as the MINTS economies, in terms of their per capita income, proximity to major markets like the EU, and a well developed infrastructure base.
Noble has worked on renewable energy transactions in Ukraine, as well as with a logistic business within the South East European corridor, and we remain keen to provide funding, structuring, and capital market advisory services to sponsors in these markets.
